Best Harley dealer, staff is outstanding and very helpful, and tons of gear and lots of beautiful Harley's .
Just an unbelievable pain to call this place and many times you have to wait for someone to call you back, it's like you, the customer, needs to conform your day to their workflow. Plus the service department manager is clearly uncaring. Place is very understaffed.
I have used all the departments at Latus. I am always treated very well. Purchasing a new bike was very seamless. I am confident that my new bike and old bikes are serviced properly.
