Cindy and Jenny were very nice. And responsive- which when trying to find a place to live it helps to feel like someone is helping.
Norman was very helpful and so was Lori. They both explained everything which made my transition very smooth. The property is absolutely beautiful!
Not professional all about money refuse to address your issues or concerns dealing with tenants allow others to live in their properties and are not on the lease creating safety issues on the property and don't do a thing about it.Will talk smart to you when you call them.Need to work on their customer service skills. Should care more about their tenants and not just money.Read other reviews I would not suggest that anyone rent from them.
Mark showed us 5 or 6 properties before we chose one. He was professional and informative. Our new property manager called to introduce himself and let us know he had taken care of the things we needed done before moving in. Very friendly and helpful.
