I had to move in a short amount of time and I appreciate the staff helping me do that and guide me through the process. Everyone was friendly and followed up with me to make sure things were getting done in time.
These guys are the bottom of the barrel. Not just as landlords, but, just as service professionals and people in general. Aside from a few of the service guys, the staff are hateful and rude. The unit we rented was FILTHY, beat up and cobbled together when we moved in (Yes, I have pictures) They added a provision to our lease that the basement "might leak water in heavy rains" It leaked nearly every time it rained.
