Overall repairs are made as needed and rent is collected on a timely basis. Transfers to owner are timely. The entire experience has been positive one.

I can only think of good things that have happened since Latta has managed our duplex. The yard maintenance is a great blessing to have done for us. Also the other vendors that come in to maintain the property is very much appreciated. The staff have been more than helpful. We are very satisfied.
