Sadly, the maintenance and good image of this building is going down!! Building has been in repairs since May 2021, with pool completely closed until probably end of 2023, and balconies closed for exterior repairs, so you have workers all over in platforms passing your windows all the time, and absurd drilling noise. Besides that, from 4 elevators ONLY TWO ARE WORKING for the last 2 months or so, on and off. Valet parking area is always a mess and they don't respond for bumps in your car!!
