I’ve lived here over a year now and love it. We will be staying for another year. Taylor has been our leasing agent since last August. Anytime we’ve needed something taken care of, big or small, she (and Krista) has always been more than willing to help! Our amenities are awesome, clean, and up to date. I definitely recommend LGS! Thank you ladies and awesome maintenance guys for making this place a happy home!
It has been a long summer without pool chairs. Today, July 21st, there were only 3 left. I have been told replacement lounge chairs weren't in the budget, had to be approved and are on order. This situation should have been looked in to prior to the beginning of the summer season. It is not a cheap place to live and a basic thing of not being able to sit the pool and relax in a chair is ridiculous. Planning, people, planning!
Came out to sit at pool & there were only three lounge chairs, the garbage area is disgusting & the manager is rude & unprofessional. One of the worst places I've ever lived.
Cashed check and then sent to collections saying they never got any payments! Collections harassing us for no reason. People are you out of your minds?! You do realize that we have it on our bank statements right? The checks you cashed? Lawsuit right there!
Latitude is a special place! Great for family and friends to gather for some good old fashion fun, food, and laughs. You'll love the amenities available to its residents. Beautiful location, convenient to great shops and restaurants.
