Yet again. This happens every weekend and it’s disgusting. The place is riddled with ants and it’s smells terrible. You tried to blame it on the long weekend but this is a regular weekend. This has got to stop. Y’all are trying to implement all these covid restrictions yet won’t clean up your garbage. I pay way too much to have no amenities and live with all this pests and trash. Excellent property, excellent service and excellent value! Latitude is perfect for anything in new Pooler and literally minutes away from everything you need. Every time I've been in the office, everyone has been as helpful and cordial as can be and no other property I've been to comes close to them!

Excellent staff and gorgeous apartments.
The staff tries to play you for stupid and see how much money they can get outta you. Not only that, this place is filthy. We had fleas and bed bugs when we first moved in. Every time someone moves out, we see roaches. The staff is unprofessional and tried putting us out THREE WEEKS before our lease was up to cater to someone else. There’s dog poop everywhere because nobody wants to pick up after their dogs. There’s been a series of break ins in people’s cars. Warned the staff and they did NOTHING about it. I loved my time living at Latitude, I was so sad to move! It's in the heart of Pooler, making it the perfect location, not to mention all the gorgeous amenities and spacious and in-style apartments. 11/10 would recommend.
