We had an incredible dinner here this evening. The food was super fresh and truly delicious! They literally cut up the avocados for the guacamole as soon as we ordered it. That fresh! The owner was delightful. He has such a warm heart- we ended up hugging at he bed to say goodbye and that we would gladly return. This is likely the only place we will go for Mexican and Erie. My husband and I patronized this restaurant last night. The guacamole appetizer was delicious. The pollo al cilantro was magnificent and a generous portion. My husband had the smoked porkchops and he was pleased with the flavor. Yes the owner checked back with us throughout our dining experience to see if we were satisfied. This place is a hidden gem; Erie is lucky to have such amazing traditional Mexican food with ingredients this healthy and authentic! They don't have a deep fryer; they don't use chili powders, only peppers; they source their meats and vegetables with the customer's satisfaction and health both in mind. Delicious meal from the ceviche, chips and salsa through to the flan... equally as impressive was the friendly, attentive service. I can't believe I've live in Erie for over 25 years and I just found Latino's! We'll be back for sure!!
