I called to place an order and was told they are not dealing with take out today so they can prepare for dinner tonight. 3rd time in 2 weeks told I couldn't order. My last time eating at Later.
Best staff, best food and the interior is a piece of Wheeling history is so many ways.

I wanted to edit this review because I've read so many negative reviews and I just don't understand why. The comment about having to be dressed nicely just seems so outrageous to me. I'm sure seating had nothing to do with appearances and more to do with waiters' and waitresses' sections being full or one waitresses having way more people in his or section than another. Make a special trip for the hot cocoa by far the best ive tried
I tried this place out today out of curiosity - the storefront intrigued me. I was surprised by the interior, not at all what I expected! Then the menu came- not at all what I expected! I was continually pleasantly surprised the entire time I was here, and had one of the best afternoons I've had in a very long time.
