Later Alligator is a great little restaurant in downtown historic Wheeling. They have a nice menu, good beer selection, and very friendly staff! Cool atmosphere and good service.
Food was delicious!!! That's extremely important. Service was so so... we didn't have reservations-wasn't aware we needed them so our fault. But we were squished in a small area and I had to sit super close to the table so another waitress could access her large party. I will still be back because our food was very good.
We have been there a few times but the service is horrible they had open tables for a four top but refused to seat my boyfriend and I at that table for that reason told us we had to wait for a two top to open we will not be going back I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years I must say they need to improve on the service.
Awesome food awesome service waitresses worked hard and great atmosphere! Recommend any crepe's
