Stopped here with my daughter after an appointment at the hospital. Found it on Google. Cutest place I have been to in a long time. Great food and pleasant service. Can't wait to visit again. Have recommended to many people. The history of the place is amazing also.

After hearing such good things from friends and family, I finally saw and tasted what the fuss was all about. Can’t wait to come back. Terrific food and service. Great atmosphere where you feel at home. Ran into friends from way back, and am glad Wheeling has such a great place in the historic district.
We have always loved Later Gator - the food is fantastic. Disappointing that you can no longer make reservations. Tonight we tried call ahead seating, and were told it would be a 25-30 minute wait. We waited that long, and went into Later Gator and they told us it would be another 30 minutes - for a table of four. Date night! Half-priced wine and a delicious meal. Also, Later is one of a few restaurants open on Monday nights in Downtown Wheeling.

The food was awesome the atmosphere was great! I’d go back everyday if I lived in Wheeling!! I’ll be back when I’m there for sure!!
