First time brunchers yesterday! Delightful service and even more wonderful food! 👏🏼 We'll be back for brunch soon!
Once again I try to bring my party of 5 to Later Gator and they refuse to take a reservation unless you have 6 people. We stopped in at 5:30 and were told it would be a 40 minute wait. All the empty tables were for reservations. So are they assuming six people will bring more money in than 5 adults? I hope all their reservations have toddlers. I have lunch there all the time. I’m done with them until they change their policy.
Went in tonight as an early birthday dinner, and of course the food was fantastic! Wanted to mention our wonderful server, Cynthia, who did such an amazing job! Not only was she great throughout the night, but when we were finished, it took a moment for her to get back to us with the check (which was totally cool and not at all a big deal), but she felt bad and gave us a free dessert crepe on the house! Loved the food and atmosphere . Can’t wait to go back!
This was our 2nd visit to Later Alligator. The atmosphere feels comfy & welcoming, and we like the way the place is decorated. The staff was friendly, and the service was more than adequate, but not over the top outstanding. The food was delicious as it was on our first visit, and prices were moderate I thought. We would return for a third time for sure.
My love for later never ends. Long time fan of the food, atmosphere, and creativity that thrives throughout this building and each individual in it. As an employee of two years, I say this is definitely one of Wheeling's gems! I may be a little biased though, so you'll just have to check it out for yourself!
Great atmosphere and service, and the food is outstanding. Just celebrated my birthday there and the roasted sweet potato tacos are amazing 😍. Give them a try ❤️
We had my wife’s Birthday lunch here yesterday. The food and service were great as always!!!👍👍👍
