it's pretty sad during a pandemic that lasts in medical can send you 950 emails. but when it comes to virtual doctor appointments for the kiddos so they don't have to go be around all the sick kids they don't offer it and then they tell you to go look for a different pediatric who does do it ridiculous this is why I hate this place nothing but problems
This office is a joke. I’m hey constantly have doctors in and out of here. I’ve been going here since I was a kid and I’ve lost count of how many doctors I’ve had. I think just in my adult life I’ve had five or six doctors. I honestly don’t know why this is the case but, it makes it very difficult to even just establish care with someone let alone have regular long term care with them. RecommendedI go to the cottonwood office and Dr Laura Angola is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She genuinely cares and shows compassion for her patients.
They have the rudest staff working in acute care. They do not actually care about patient care & they act like we are wasting their time. They obviously do not want to actually work there. Horrible place to go, don’t do it!
Such an amazing selection of physicians, all are so thoughtful and caring. Medical staff and receptionists are friendly and professional
I would literally recommend any other location than this. It doesn’t even have to be a medical facility and it will still probably perform more efficient with better service than the sorry excuse for “medical staff” at Lassen Medical. Time and time again I am shocked at the amount that these employees DO NOT CARE! Wait times up to 5 hours and their goal is to do the least amount of work as possible while making sure to get at least 4 hours of Gossip in every shift.
