I will not be seeking further medical attention from Lassen Medical Group. I have very little confidence in their Diagnostic abilities. If I believe I can not or no longer wish to cope with the misery of my medical issues, then I have a pain reliever that will relieve my misery!
Hate is a strong word...but I hate this place. I wouldn’t go here again even if my life depended on it!
The last 3 times I've called to try to schedule an appointment for y son, I've been put on hold for at least 15 minutes each call and disconnected before the appointment was confirmed.
The staff and Doctors are always courteous and make for pleasant visits.
The doctors are continuously changing just when you get to know one they leave. The office workers and medical assistants were very rude to my granddaughters when my daughter took them in for their checkups.
