What a joke. Had Lasik done back in 2016. Originally a great experience. Same day appointment and same day surgery. I chose this route because of the piece of mind of being able to have an enhancement in the future as part of the investment. WELL NOW FAST FORWARD. 8 years later my eyes are going back to my vision prior to surgery. But here is the big rub. The ENHANCEMENT process is a 3 month process. I got Lasik in January 2020 and it went great! I had a good experience, recovery and I could see again. My vision started to get blurry again and I contacted Lasikplus about the enhancement. I followed their instructions and went to my local eye doctor and had to get a couple hundred dollars worth of tests done to submit to Lasikplus per the requirements. Called the number provided on google maps to schedule a consult at the Harrisburg location and was directed to a large call center that attempted to schedule me at a MD location. When I stated I was wanting the Harrisburg location they began reading from a script stating that this location is not available for consultations at this time but they could do a virtual consultation with Lancaster or the MD location.
