I’ve been getting my lashes done here consistently for almost 2 years and I will go no where else. There’s a ton of other places closer to where I live but I don’t care, the service and quality of their work is unmatched. Martin is so accommodating and responsive, Shigeru is a master at his craft, and I just started seeing Rika who is such a sweetheart and explained that she was trained by her mother who is a pro and owns her own shop in Japan. Found my favorite lash extension place! To start, Martin who booked my appointment, was truly interested in making sure that I had the best experience. He spent an extensive amount of time informing me on how to prep my lashes for my appointment and how to best take care of them. Rika was my lash expert who was beyond professional, kind, patient and helpful. A friend of mine recommended Lashes by Shigeru and I can only agree with her and the other 5 star reviews here. This service is amazing. First time I got lashes and they look absolutely stunning. It was very easy to book a time and I was well taken care of during the entire appointment. It was so relaxing I even fell asleep a couple of times. The lashes lasts well so far and look as new after several weeks. Looking forward to my next appointment.
AMAZING!! Before the appointment Martin was incredibly responsive, helpful and professional. He was very patient explaining everything and provided very clear instructions on how to get there and where to park. AND JANEL IS A TRUE ARTIST. It was my first time getting extensions and she made them look both beautiful and natural. I love my new lashesI will definitely be going back.
Janel does really great work! She is able to work with my really thin and sparse lashes and make them look amazing.
