Did the typical bait and switch. Car I was interested in was "not a good" car and had another Merecedes available to discuss. The "not good" car wad still listed in CarGurus 3 days later. Not interested in doing business with them.

Was there on 02/19/2018. Felt like they didn't want to bother making a sale. Made up an excuse that the Cadillac Escalade ESV had a bad engine and when I called them out on it they changed their story and said it was just a baring. Then went on to tell me they found $5000 worth of stuff wrong with the car. Not sure how that wasn't spotted before posting the vehicle for sale on their lot (since they're serviced before), and they still have it listed for sale even after they said they wouldn't feel comfortable selling this veh... read more

Another customer had driven the car and had some concerns with the car so the car was put back into service and some other issues were detected so rather than sell a bad vehicle to a customer we elected to wholesale the car . Most customers would appreciate the fact that the issues were disclosed and that we did not sell this as is no warranty vehicle to a customer. Just trying to do the right thing and protect the customer. Sorry to walk away better yet run.

Quick response to my questions... mostly through email. I live 2hrs away and couldn't make the trip down in time before the truck was sold. will keep an eye on thier inventory
