Prompt follow up. Scheduled appointment. Dealer was courteous, answered questions and invited us to test drive the car. The car was not exactly what we were looking for so we amicably parted ways.
I contacted the dealership informed him I would be there, was on my way called he informed me vehicle was sold. I thought the keys could have been pulled earlier,since I did inform him. Sounded shady to me,glad I found out sooner than later.
The dealership contacted me quickly and the vehicle on site was as described. It was very clean and in excellent condition. I would recommend Lash to friends and family. The staff was fair, friendly, and accommodating.
