As usual, a visit with one of the hygienist(today was Danielle) starts with a warm greeting and ends with laughter. A great job cleaning and checking my teeth, gums, and giving advice. Next a visit to get xrays, only when needed, yep, one little issue today. Laughter there too! Then the Biggy! Time for Dr. Carol. Let's take care of this, nice conversation and laughter causes tears. The staff cares about making me enjoy my visit while they fix my problems. Wonderful group!
AMAZING team! Every single person who worked with me was not only incredibly friendly, but also very knowledgeable and reassuring. Prior to my appointment with LVDG, I had only gone to one other dentist since moving to Vegas 3 years ago. I’ve gone to this office since 1987. Everyone has always been great. When Dr Tract retired I was very concerned that I wouldn’t get the same service. It is evident that he wanted his patients to continue to receive great care. Dr Nick is always very caring and looks for the best solution for his patients. Danielle has been very caring and efficient in keeping my teeth looking great. She was the first person to offer me the numbing gel before she used her tools to clean my teeth. My experience: - Greeted warmly at Reception - Did not have time to sit in waiting room before being brought back - appreciate their honoring the appointment time and respecting my time - My Dental Hygienist was thorough, gentle, explains at each step, and is charming.
