EVERYONE WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. MY HYGIENIST LANA WAS SO EASY TO TALK TO WHEN I COULD TALK AND MADE ME FEEL VERY COMFORTABLE. HER KNOWLEDGE AND EXPLANATION OF EVERY STEP WAS SOMETHING I HAD NEVER EXPERIENCED WITH A DENTAL HYGIENIST BEFORE. I APPRECIATE YOU LANA! :-)
Nothing but good things to say. I needed repair on a tooth and they worked out a payment plan for me. Otherwise, I would be suffering. I'm very grateful!
The hygienist was not the one that had serve me the last couple of years. However, she was very polite and professional. She made the cleaning experience with a new hygienist very comfortable. Dr. Minguey has been my dentist for over 30 years. He is professional and has been an excellent dentist for me in those 30 years. I am glad and sad to see him retire.

Had an Implant completed by Dr. Maffeo. Professionalism and curtesy were exceptional and Dr. Maffeo and his staff made the entire process easy. Glad to have found a dental group where the customer feels welcome and comfortable at the same time.
Would like to commend Linda (temporary replacement for Julia) on her outstanding service. The highest compliment I can offer is: Linda abilities are on the same level as Julia & retired Janine! Encourage you to consider hiring Linda on a full or part time basis. Again, outstanding! Dave

My visit was a much needed one, and I felt like a new person, when I left.!! The pain was gone and and was ready for a new day,! Everyone was helpful, positive and very attentive.!! I'm ready for my next visit.
My dental hygienist was able to instruct me on better ways to take care of my teeth in a easy manor. She was able to physically demonstrate this and gave me the tools to complete the tasks at home by myself.
My visit was wonderful. It was great too see Dr. Minguey and I was very pleased with Julia. That was the first time I've met her. She is very very good. Thorough and meticulous. A real pro. And then of course Joann. I worked in first line high profile coustomer service for over 40 years and I can tell you her customer service skills are suburb. She guides your visit from beginning to end. From x-Ray's to appointments to making sure your comfortable in the dentist chair. She defiantly is an assist to your operation.
