Get directionsHorrible customer service Contract was misrepresented. Signed on with automatic debit from account and was never done and sent a large bill with no contact. Just horrible customer service. Changed bill to automatic debit and still was never done. Just a rude staff. PROS: Cheap menbership CONS: Poor customer service
Could be cleaner Nice selection of equipment but not as clean as it should be which kind of grossed me out so I won't be going back
crap in crap out Terrible overall. Bernie the salesperson lied about the pool being empty all the time. I'm lucky to get in the pool and do any laps. I've had membership at other health clubs around the United States and this is the worst gym I have ever joined. Employees don't care about clients or safety. I saw 2 people hauled off in ambulances 3 weeks in a row. Although their are a lot of machines and space you will be lucky to get on the ones you want. People monopolize machines, resting and texting, hanging out with the... read more
So lucky to have LVAC what is wrong with all these reviewers? most of them admit defaulting on the contract before ripping the club a new one for trying to collect the money due. the customer service skills of the collections people is atrocious compared to Nordstrom and actually really good compared to a collection agency. I had a problem when "I" changed banks and didn't notify them so I was charged an administration fee for the late and the insufficient funds that amounted to $65 which seems really compared to the $31 a m... read more
LOL CONTRACTS Do any of the people who gave LVAC a bad review realize that when they signed their contract it said they would continue to be billed after the 26 month contract period? You are all just idiots if you didn't read any of that. Also, yeah, you signed a contract. They don't care if you're moving. You SIGNED A CONTRACT. Same as a cell phone company. The clubs are great, affordable, and convenient. Don't listen to any of these morons.
Yellow Shirts? Get Real. I've been going to gyms for about 25 years. Perhaps it is Vegas, but I have never run into the treatment I get here in the two other states where I had gym memberships. #1 I pay for monthly training...it's a joke. I can't believe that the trainers have licenses or training education of any sort. I don't expect a personal trainer, but I do expect someone capable of ensuring I'm using proper form on equipment and able to set me up with an appropriate routine with modifications instead of one size fits ... read more
Great Gym The Las Vegas Athletic Club is one of the best gyms in town. I have been to a few other gyms in town and the LVAC is the one that I feel like I am getting the most for my money. Membership is only around 20 dollars a month, and they always have specials such as free or five dollar enrollment. Unlike some other gyms, the monthly fee gives you access to the whole gym, not just certain parts of it. With multiple convenient locations around town, it is a great deal.
Okay till you need to move I had an okay experience with the gym until I had to move with the military and they gave me the run around in trying to end my membership. Not a bad place if you don't plan to move any time soon.
DON'T JOIN LVAC!! DON'T JOIN LVAC... There clubs are over crowded with people and the machines are packed so tight you can't turn around. They force you to sign there contract, so once you realize you don't like the club they still get your money. I changed bank accounts, they charge me $25 a month now, plus the late fee. So i forgot about their lame club, did they offer a way to make me happy? NO Did they offer waiving the fee? NO They must really be used to not having people pay. They don't even try to make a customer happ... read more
