Well this is a hospital where you get the attention you need the doctors and nurse's are really professional and all of the staff I've never had a bad experience we should be grateful with the doctors and nurse's
Con dolor de espalda despues de un ataque de asmaestube en ER.Me dieron a tomar VALIUM!!! Un poderoso narcotico y mtrin para dolor y de imediato me mandaron a casa sin preguntarme si alguien me podia transportar .No me advirtieron los efectos del medicamento que solo por obra de dios ,suerte,mi exelente capacidad de manejo,lobien que conosco el camino a mi casa y las horas de la noche que no habia trafico,llegue a mi casa dormida!!!Desperte amoratada por el asma que afortunadamente ya no estaba tan sebera.Que si no....

I have been to the ER and admitted to the hospital at Las Palmas more times than I care to count. Nothing butbthe VERY BEST service.
I would include pic if I could nurse in the ER bruised my arm atrociously from an IV. She did not listen told her she was hurting me. She kept digging her initial missed stick. My bruise is 2.5" x 4" and growing with a lump of subdermal blood still spreading days later.

The hospital itself is ok. However, Dr Diaz did surgery on my mother in law and then left her without any pain meds for three hours when they got her to a room. They couldn't reach him because he was in another surgery. Write the order for pain meds prior so when pain kicks in you have them. Nobody wants their leg cut open only to go without medication. Attention to detail could have saved allot of pain.
Maria the charge nurse on the 6th floor was horrible. She provided no patient care completely ignored my mother. It was awful. I could go on and on about how badly she treated her and how she made her first and last experience at las palmas horrible!!! I know we are not the first or the last people that have complained about this lady but I hope other patients there don't have this kind of non existent care after surgery.
