I liked the ER visit once the ambulance rolled me into the room I was greeted by each nurse. And the doctor. Everyone was very awesome That ER Team needs a raise or something ...only thing I didn't like is when the registration guy went to go get my information he was a bit rude and very demanding.
Las Palmas is a joke - I went there by ambulance from my primary physician office. In the ER I was never seen by a Dr and guess what they released me 2 hours later while I was still sick - I escalated but was told I was fine. Guess what Las Palmas?? - I HAD A STROKE THAT DAY, just as my Dr said and why she sent me to the ER.
Terrible service! Asking God that we NEVER again have to go back to this horrible hospital.
The hospital and nurses are great they work hard at what they do, I've seen them first hand saving several peoples lives up in icu, unlike the person that runs the security department she doesn't keep her word and doesn't have the courage to let you know anything if your in or out, but continually gives you the run around and is worst than a diaper always on your ass and full of shit.......
Muy buena atencion excelente hospital, muy limpio el trato de las enfermeras muy bonito.
Hora y media en la sala de emergencias y no me atendían mejor me fuy a otro lugar
