By far the worst hospital I have experienced on customer service and staff experience especially why would you discharge a patient at 11pm. My grandpa got the wrong diagnosis on why he was there for what happened. One doctor said one thing and then another something totally different! Worst experience and I don’t recommend this hospital!
It takes alot to get me angry I'm at the hospital in the waiting room waiting to be discharged and this nurse name Liza was very rude. I'm in a wheelchair I rolled out of the room to make a private call I was trying to wheel myself back in the room and she got all pissed at me instead of helping me b being kind and pushing me in the doorway. We went to the ER twice with my Mother for a horrible reaction to a new medication she was prescribed by her primary doctor. The first time (April 22nd)she was given IV meds and after a few hours was discharged. The 2nd time, we were sent to the ER by her primary doctor for the reaction that hadn't resolved itself yet and my Mother was admitted. She was there May 3 till May 6th.. on the third floor, Room 313A. I could NOT ask for better treatment!! They treated my Mother with the utmost respect and professionalism. From the ... read more
No ballan a este hospital yeve a mi hija ahorita a las 5:30 am porque no podia respirar y porque trai el pecho tapado y dicen que no tray nada oyendose las felmas y biendola como tosia bien feo y no le isieron caso mi hija tiene 9 meses y aun asi les valio madre muy mal este hospital no vallan para nada
