I think their service is really lousy. Enough said. I am very disappointed in this establishment. I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog.
17 years ago my daughter was transferred here from William Beaumont Medical Army Center since they didn't have a NICU. The nurses and doctors were amazing at keeping my little one alive and caring for myself during my visits to see her since I had a c-section at the time. They even gave me a room to stay in overnight so I can be close to her. The nurses in the NICU became our second family! I will be forever grateful for all their love and time spent with our family! Thank you and forever in my heart! <3
Just frustrated with the nursery & NICU department on how they ran things. The nursing staff ( L&D, post) are awesome compared to the hospital we stay for the last delivery.
Great hospital between God the doctors and nurses they brought my son back from death. A true miricle. Love and thanks to you all, you just don't understand the gratitude I have for you all.

Not really the best experience I have had. They checked my mom's heart and asked her to remove her clothes from the waist up and 'RNs' kept on passing and opening the curtain and leaving it open for the world to see.... They didn't have rooms so they had to do everything where they check the vitals. But there was no privacy they didn't even try at least close the curtain when getting out.... Horrible way to try and protect some privacy from a legally blind patient..... Never taking my mom there again.
I took my 9 years old son to ER , the attention was very fast, the doctor was skilled and professional, we were there from Friday March 24 630am to Sunday March 26 by 2:30 pm. I have to recognize those professionals who performs not just a good job or excellent job but they went farer of their way to make us feel better, safe and in very good hands. Thank you very much to Shadae the ER Nurse. Thomas Mitchell with the CT scan dept., Amanda W. The Pediatric Unit Director and Dr. Roncallo. God bless you all .
My granddaughter has been icu 3 days. The nurses Doctors are wonderful. Good people very compassion. Thank you Las Palmas Medical West.
