Give better patient care! My aunt, Bertha Carranza, has been laying in your emergency room hallway since 10AM yesterday. You can't even give her a Pillow??? She is 80 yrs old, has double pneumonia, low oxygen, and a UTI...and you can't give her a room or decent care? Shame on you!!!!

Nothing good to say. They do not care about patients. My grandma's roommate kept asking for help and we heard the staff say " she's complaining again". They are very unprofessional.

The time that I was able to spend with my grandmother at Highlands will always be a special memory. She was hesitant to be sent there, as was the family at first. In that week I spent with her there I met some of the kindest people who take a sense of pride in their work, and who have compassion for all of their patients. Lisa, Carmen, Yvonne, Jennifer, Samantha, Mario and the other myriad of nurses and physicians all made her feel like a part of a big caring extended family. Thank you all for doing what you do.
