Excellent customer service should be a plus but not at this hospital with the switchboard operators in the way the phone is answered and transferred, Beall is a very rude operator and should not be in the field of work she is in by her attitude, too bad their calls are not monitored to prove how rude this woman is in the way she talks with customers on the phone also the other ones that can not say, please hold or one moment or thank you or have a great day, nothing of that sort with them. My daughter was born here yesterday and can't say enough on how wonderful the staff was. Very attentive and professional. My son was also born here and couldn't ask for a better place for him to have been born in.

Extremely disappointed with the ER. Took my fiancé there last Thursday was there for having pain. Was there 4 hours then released was still in pain but was given Tylenol and was told he was fine. Later that day took him to another emergency room were he was admitted and token to surgery. But no worries we got your bill already.
