Horrific experience! From the start in the Emergency to discharge, my elderly family member was treated worse than an animal...she was placed in a hallway bed in ER without any privacy, no communication, and no compassion....on the unit, lack of staffing does not allow for care team to adequately care for the patient: no monitoring, no communication, no follow up...the physician was unavailable the entire 5 days we were there. we had no idea of care plan...then discharge without proper notice to a rehab facility... my family... read more

Horrible, do not take your loved ones here! My husbands dad has been in the hospital here for a few months now. My husband is his power of Attorney, they did not call or ask to move him to a different location. Two days later we got a call from a nursing home saying that he was in terrible shape and they need to return him cause he shouldn’t have been moved there in the first place! We had no idea! By far the worst hospital I have experienced on customer service and staff experience especially why would you discharge a patient at 11pm. My grandpa got the wrong diagnosis on why he was there for what happened. One doctor said one thing and then another something totally different! Worst experience and I don’t recommend this hospital!
