Please read this so you don't make the mistake I made. I moved to Las Brisas because they offered a two month lease. At the time I was looking for a house to buy and needed this short term lease. The day I was schedule to move in, I got up and got my stuff packed at my old place. I called to verify if the studio was ready. I was told they couldn't verify my employment. Too much going on every day!not a moment of silence,lawn mowers,weed blowers,very old and smelly!this place could be better with adjustments to the outside!also shutting water off with one days notice!it was off 9 hrs the other day!not good!

Had Bedbugs twice. Wasn't treated as well as we would have hoped. Unprofessional in many faucets.
New owners suck. New manager John cares NOTHING about the residents here. Used to love love love it. Moving as soon as possible.
I love it....The staff are very friendly & they handle maintenance in a very timely manner. Neighbors are quite & friendly. The grounds here are maintained beautifully & the pool is kept very clean. I would recommend residing here to anyone who might ask!
Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. grounds are beautifully maintained. Love the size of the apt. My cat and I are settling in happily!!! and totally in love with the pool and jacuzzi!!!!!!!!!!!! lol
