Came in for a Gel-X refill (which cost more than a new set for some reason)... a nail broke two days for which I tried to do a walk-in to get it fixed, no one was “available” to fix it. Returned a day later to get it fixed for which I was charged $10. On the next day another nail broke off. While the design may be great - they’re extremely overpriced and the quality isn’t as great as you’d expect it to be. Was looking for a good nail salon and saw this on ig so I thought I’d give it a try . Front desk girl had an attitude and seemed annoyed that me and my daughter were trying to get our nails done and didn’t book online. She said they were all booked and didn’t have anything until later on. As I looked around there were nail techs not even with a customer, I gave the benefit of doubt that maybe they had clients that will be coming in as an appointment .
