Staff was very friendly and efficient. Assistant to Dr Larsen was enjoyable and very professional as well. Dr. Larsen was personal, observant, very knowledgeable and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand.He showed me exactly what was wrong in my x-rays and what my options of treatment were. It was easy to make an appointment as I was a new patient. However it was 45 min after the appointment time that I was finally taken into an exam room. Other patients in the waiting room were also complaining about the wait time so I was not alone. The young lady who took me into the exam room was trying to write up a description for the doctor...she consistently would not listen to anything I was saying and after repeating myself about 5 times she diagnosed that my problem was that I had no arch in my foot and my new shoes ... read more

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. I never had to doubt their qualifications. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. They always take the time to listen to me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
