Been waiting 4 days to get the car I made a deal for. Went through a credit check and got my down payment together. Sales will not answer my calls or even return them. Very surprised especially since they are so eager to sell you a car.
We bought a 2016 Wrangler from Roesch because they gave us a very good deal and were very up front. Buying the car was a very smooth process. We also bought an extended warranty from them. Trying to use the extended warranty at a closer dealership was a big hassle. When I finally got a hold of Frank Visco to help figure things out, he could not have been more rude and short with me.
