“Buy and Goodbye” should be their slogan. They have gone downhill faster than an Olympic bob sled team from a customer service aspect. RecommendedAfter going to many dealers in the area I got by far the best trade in value and deal on my Jeep. Kyle was the salesman I had the privilege of working with. His very respectful no pressure approach made this normally rough experience a great one. I had a straightforward, streamlined, and satisfying buying process that was tailored to the quarantine situation (purchased in June 2020). Other dealers used quarantine to play games, but Roesch used it as an opportunity to help me get the vehicle I wanted for a price I could pay. I strongly recommend them!
