Well I had a 10:30!am appointment . They didn't look at my car until after 2 pm. Then kept it overnight. They didn't find anything. Know what was wrong no brake fluid.

got a letter in the mail about an extended warranty on the accelerator pedal on my wife's Cruze,i take it to Larry Puckett but they say unless they can duplicate the problem they want fix it unless i pay,duh!!if i wasn't having problems i wouldn't have came in.not my fault it don't do it all the time,i guess when i run all up in the back of someone you will wish you would have fixed it,also got a letter about an extended recall on electrical problem but same deal,you want fix until it breaks,i bought 2 cars from you but you ... read more

I was given an appointment with Kirk, when I got there I was passed off to another. (so why have the appointment in the first place?) She was nice, but when she went to talk to the finance guy about my situation, my cellphone alerted me that the finance guy had ran my credit! When she returned I told her what he had done and she didn't believe me, so I showed her the cellphone alert!
