Me and my Husband got a new vehicle from them.They have the most friendly people there.I would recommend them to everybody I know.
Larry Puckett is crap!! Don't plan on looking at vehicles unless you have the money on you right then and there. They have screwed over me and my sister on 2 separate occasions. We both found vehicles we wanted to purchase but couldn't until the following day. We went the next day to purchase the vehicles and the vehicles are no where to be found because they will sell it right from under you and they don't even give you a courtesy call to let you know they did. I am sorry about your sister's recent experience; however, being a retail establishment we cannot hold a vehicle without a deposit on that particular vehicle, as doing so would be unfair to the customer who wanted to purchase the same vehicle on that day. Never seen a staff so dedicated to trying to fix my truck. Actually got to meet everyone from the mechanic to the GM. Great staff.
Had an appointment at 8am for ignition recall. Was told repair would take about a hour. I have been here almost 3 hours. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I had known I would be here all morning I would have made arrangements for someone to pick me up. Poor customer service.
Ms. Margaret McGough is the best Sales Rep. you guys have!!! She is absolute doll and helps the most she can ! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a vehicle :)
