Talked to sales manager Roger today to ask why my daughters vehicle wasn’t ready since she purchased it on Aug the 3rd was told it would’ve ready Aug 17th granted they provided her a loaner car that was filthy had a broken windshield and even had toys and food wrappers from the previous person they loan the car too ,here we are Sept. 8th still doesn’t have the car she purchased and SALES MANAGER ROGER SAYS “SHE HAS A CAR RIGHT I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND HANGS UP THE PHONE” WOW what kind of customer service is that, So... read more

Purchased a 2007 Ford F-150 on May 29th, 2018. On July 7th, 2018 the transmission went out. I've made multiple attempts to contact the dealership, and have not heard from them once. It's a shame to have to pay for a major repair before the first payment is even due. It's even more shameful how little Larry Puckett Chevrolet cares about their customers!
