Honestly I really contemplated writing a review but I think it needs to be known. I saw a used car that I was interested in and wanted to trade in my truck. I called Larry Puckett Chevrolet because I live almost 3 hours away. I spoke on the phone with Jay in the sales Dept. I told him exactly what I wanted and the price range for my trade in after being offered a certain amount from my local Triangle Chevrolet dealer. There service department are the worst. Took vehicle in to run test because of sluggish and hesitation. After charging $173. to run test, was told it needed oil and they couldn't find anything wrong. Broke down a few days later, towed, it was transmission trouble! Got transmission fixed at another shop. They took it to get car reprogrammedok took Larry Puckett after fixing transmission, now radio doesn't work!!! Don't trust your car to these untrained service techs!

Would NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from them! Bought our son a 2013 truck from them and having to replace the transmission already and have had it for only 45 days! And all that was said was...sorry but you didn't purchase the extended warranty! REALLY!! Looks like they are in the habit of selling used vehicles with bad transmissions. READ the Reviews! Btw..Bruce Williams, no hard feelings towards you! You're a Great guy but your company should take better pride in their customers and all vehicles, new or used!!
Justin in the Service Department went above & beyond of what was required of him during my recent visit to LPC due to a transmission issue. He stayed in touch with me, he worked a the details out with the Warranty Adjuster and made sure we got our truck back in a timely manner. 5 Stars for Justin in service!!!
