Consider yourself warned! Be VERY careful with these guys and DO NOT trust what the sales says. We purchased a brand new GTI on 5/19/2017 that was part of the hail sale, the sales person Molly swore up and down that the car will be fixed back to perfect. It was a super great deal, $7000 off, but that was where our struggle began. It took 11 days before they finally fixed the damages, during this time, we had to constantly harass them to get updates. I bought a new 2015 Jetta TDI from Cindy Oursler at Larry H. Miller VW there were problems and Cindy handled them all in a timely manner. The fellow in finance Eric Vergith had me in and out in maybe 15 or 20 minutes. My parts questions were all answered by Willie Jessup who was quite helpful and quick. Yes, I'd do it again
Great experience getting a car of my dreams Thank you Guys
Service is professional and customer service is a 10 plus plus!! I would recommend Larry H Miller to everyone who cares about their car's maintenance!! The best in town.
I just leased two Jettas and couldn't be happier! Jason and Gary treated me like royalty and gave me a fantastic deal! I only want to buy VW for the rest of my life and always from them!
The service was amazing. Everybody went above and beyond what any other dealership could do, went to five others in the state of Colorado and NO-one could do anything, but Larry H. Miller Volkswagen did. And made me a life long Volkswagen FAN!
Very happy with the Service and Sales Departments at Larry Miller Volkswagen! I owned an 03' VW GTI and got it serviced there, always had a great experience! I traded it in and got a 2010 F150 from Shawn! He was great! A lot of knowledge, very friendly and helpful! Can't wait to see service again for my first oil change. Keep up the good work!!! 😊
Wish I could rate them 100 stars! They went above and beyond to get my husband the deal he wanted on his car. They truly support our military! Very fast process - Rafael was an awesome salesman... we could really relate with him since he was around the same age as my husband and I. Which was super comforting. Thanks Larry Miller VW! I'll be back for the extended warranty on my vehicle!
