I've taken my two Jetta's that I bought here at Larry Miller from the get go and the service has always been great. I am thinking a Tiguan next and I will buy here and service here.
Scumbags! They will try and steal all they can from you. Run, don't walk away. I visited 5 VW dealerships. 3 were pretty crappy, but Larry H. Miller made them look like saints. I luckily found Tynan's VW which was absolutely fantastic. Couldn't be happier with them.

I bought a car over a year ago that I absolutely hated! Molly contacted me out of the blue about trading it in and I just knew that I was so far upside down in my car that they wouldn't be able to help me since no one else could. I leased a 2017 Jetta from Chris Allen and Brad in Lakewood and couldn't be happier with my purchase! Chris was the most patient, kind and knowledgeable guy I've ever dealt with when purchasing a new vehicle. I would 100% recommend this dealership and especially Chris! I purchased a 2013 VW Tiguan on September 1, 2013, with a comprehensive warranty. On November 10th the engine check light comes on. I take it in thinking I have a $100 deductible for repairs. Not the emissions valve malfunction will cost +$450. Really. They don't make any attempt to negotiate the repairs at all. O well you just have to suck it up. I've been doing business with them for more than 10 years. I am impressed with their honesty, knowledge and professionalism - especially in the Service Dept. I would give more stars if allowed.
