RecommendedExcellent cuztomer service and honesty, caring and kind
I had been having issues with my Tiguan for months and brought it to Larry Miller Volkswagen and they were able to order my parts, fix my issues AND get an oil change within one day. Thank you to Travis and his technicians! Your kindness and speed are much appreciated.
Brought my car in here yesterday and while the guy checking me in wasn't very friendly, they were quick and efficient. They even sent me a video showing what they did and to give me an overall summary of how the car is performing. Kudos for that! The shuttle driver was wonderful and I appreciated his conversation. I will definitely come back!
