This is a terrible dealership that tries to play games for profit. They will lie about credit scores and try to make you buy vehicles at higher APR than you qualify for. They tried to have me sign for 15% APR with money down when other VW dealerships qualified me for 2% with no money down.

Honesty would be a good place to start... A personal (not generic) letter telling me you can get me out of my lease and a salesman telling me he hopes they can get me in a more suitable car for possibly even less than my current lease are such blatant lies that I'm ashamed for you. I would NEVER send anyone to buy at LHM VW; in fact, I will steer away anyone who mentions buying a car. It's not the Volkswagen; it's the lack of integrity at Larry H. Miller.

I was going in to pick up what I thought was the car I placed half of a down payment on. There was a note in the windshield saying sold with my name. I get there today and was told “something happened to the Jetta”. I was placed in another vehicle but one key fob don’t work and it has dents. They didn’t even wash the car for me.
