I bought a brand new 2020 Volkswagen atlas in July. It has been in the shop 3 times already. Two times for transmission fluid leaking, and once to replace the sway bar. Remember this is a brand new 2020 car. When I brought it in to have the sway bar replaced they told me it would take an hour to replace. It took them three hours. In my opinion no brand new car should be in the shop this many times. Definitely poorly made. Would never recommend buying from them or buying a Volkswagen to anyone I know.

I bought a used 2012 Tiguan and reached out a month ago on the steps to remove programmed phones off. A month of being run around, the incompetent employees still haven’t answered my question. I do get sales emails that I can’t stop though. Terrible company

Stay away from this dealership and tell all of you friends to do the same! They lie and they engage in unprofessional and unethical business practices. I purchased a used 2017 Volkswagen GTI that was involved in the severe hail storm that struck Larry Miller VW in the spring of 2017.
