Apparently their employees feel the need to attack other businesses because they don’t align with their “political views”. Their sales manager Jeff Ostrom doesn’t think you should do business with someone for that reason. If that’s how he thinks business should be done then he should live by those same standards for his place of business. We recently purchased a used car from your dealership and will not be back. In fact, we will tell all of our family and friends to avoid your dealership based on our experience. Our salesman seemed inept and had to redo our application three times before handing over his computer and finally asking us to do it ourselves. We did. He said the WiFi was spotty, he said his computer was old and then he said the system glitched again and we had to re-input everything a fourth time using an iPad instead. I was at another dealership and just had the most awful time. Then I was sent Kyle boline’s information and was able to get a perfectly priced forester. Saying our purchase at Larry H. Miller was smooth and seamless would be an understatement. We met Kyle Boline almost two years ago when we first entertained the thought of purchasing a Subaru. Larry Miller did not stand by their tire products. My 2014 Forester is on its 3rd set of Continental tires. Larry Miller measured our wear & told us we needed new tires again! We had to buy Continentals again in order to get some warranty compensation. Either Continental is ripping us off or Larry Miller measured wrong, but they sent our tires back for us, Larry Miller wouldn't get back to us with results.
