had my car for almost 2 months for a repair that should have taken 2 weeks at most. the service adviser zach I was working with NEVER called me back in the entire 2 months. I cant remember his last name but its the service managers brother so I'm sure he will get away with thus abhorrent behavior. when I finally did get my car back the radio and dash was dissasembled and the car had been sitting outside for days before I was called to pick it up. WARNING BE CAUTIOUS USING THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
