Always have had service in a timely manor. Employees are kind and helpful
The sales people are great. The service department has issues. Took truck in for oil change, came back with oil all over the frame, finger prints on the hood, and they did not reset the oil light. Makes me angry!!!

I drive a RAM 3500 which I purchased new in 2011. I have had most of the service done at the river dale facility. The only thing I have asked for is to have my truck washed at the time of service just like everyone else. However, because of the duel tires it will not go thru the auto car wash. I have had the general manager and service manager assure me that if I asked at the time of service they would hand wash.
