Terrible customer service. Horrible communication between service manager, mechanics and the customer. After my app I’ve taken my Jeep back 6 times to try and get it fixed.... it’s still not fixed. The list goes on. I can’t believe how poorly I’ve been treated. This is the 3rd time I’ve had a completely awful, exhausting experience with them.
RecommendedAlexander and Jose were outstanding!! They helped us get into a newer vehicle, with a lower interest rate!! If you want quality and excellent customer service I would HIGHLY recommend these two!! Thanks again guys!! We love our Dodge Durango!!!!

The LHM team does a good job on completing everything that you bring your vehicle in for. I’m just impatient and don’t like the wait. Besides that all good.

Their customer service is the absolute worst. We were told we’d be receiving a call back before the day was out we ended up calling in right before they closed to find out that our mechanic had left for the day and had no intention of calling us to tell us that he was planning to keep our vehicle overnight. Not to mention that when we showed up to pick our car up that evening(because after several calls we had to make speaking to so many people in different departments later they had confirmed we could pick up our car)they h... read more
