Our flagship! Buddy LaRosa and some friends opened his first pizzeria on this very site in 1954. It became a fast favorite of West Side families and launched what, over the next 60+ years, became a Cincinnati icon. Select from our entire menu of LaRosa family recipes in our dining room, from our famous pizza and hoagys to pasta, salads and more. And, we serve the entire menu both for pick up or delivery in the neighborhood, too.

THE GOOD LIFE!!!!! – LAROSA'S PIZZA IS GOOD IF YOU ARE A BIG FAN OF CHEESE AND JUST TOPPINGS PERIOD WHICH I AM!!!!!!! I AM A HUGE FAN OF CRUST BUT LAROSA'S HAS THE BEST PIZZA WITH NO CRUST!!!
Rubbery – LaRosa's cheese has a rubbery texture. The crust is good and the sauce is good.
LaRosa's is average – LaRosa's pizza is very average and not particularly the tastiest pizza in town. Dewey's, Pomodori's and Uno's are significantly better pizzas.
Pizza Power – The first time I eat Buddy LaRosa Pizza was downtown before a Red's game that my grandfather Bill O'Brien was taking me to go see at Crossley Field before the Riverfront Stadium was built. The pizza had me hooked and I have always had LaRosa's Pizza for my pizza since that day.
Larosa's is the worst pizza – Extremely overpriced, charges for delivery, and overall crappy pizza. Cheese falls off all at once, too much sauce. If Larosa's opened a restaurant outside of Cinci, it would fail after 6 months.
LaRosa's is lacking – LaRosa's is at best a horrible attempt at good pizza. For those who want a good pizza try the Italianette. Located in Silverton near the corner of Plainfield Rd and Montgomery Rd this neighborhood pizza parlor makes great tasting pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and pasta's. There are also a few extra menu items you might not find at most pizza places such as pizza box nacho's and the taco bread bowl. Try Italianette and you'll never want LaRosa's again.
pizza is what I am all about – I think there are a lot of restaurants that deliver a much better pizza than LaRosa's
how about a real pizza – There are no good pizza joints in Cincinnati. LaRosa's tastes like ketchup on biscuit dough. If you are in Cincy and want a good pizza, you're out of luck. The best pizza I had when I lived there was DiGiorno. In fact, the local paper had a blind taste test of pizzas in the area, and slipped a frozen pizza into the test. Guess which won; the frozen pizza.
maybe number 2 or 3 – Uno's of West Chester, in my opinion, has the best pizza. Best sausage and ingredients. Too many pizza's use the small pellets, they call sausage
LaRosa's Pizzeria Boudinot has a 4.3 star rating with 2,451 reviews.
