We were extremely impressed with our experience at Iowa State. The professionalism as well as the expertise at this facility was phenomenal. The staff does an amazing job of keeping you updated with you animal’s condition as well as making sure you understand exactly what to expect for your particular case. So thankful for the vets and vet students here. I had to rush my mare here while we were out camping memorial weekend because she started to choke, they were calm and great at explaining everything to me as they worked with her. They let me bring my gelding in out of the heat while they continued to examine my mare which I really appreciated since it was so hot. I had the most heart wrenching experience Thursday evening into Friday morning. The staff on call were absolutely the most kind, compassionate, professional, and wise people. As my heart was breaking, I knew I was doing the very best thing for my horse because this staff was excellent and trustworthy in every way.
