I've taken several family members, and have always been pleased. Now being a patient myself, so great to the great staff on their great care.
Didn't know what to expect but this place was amazing. The wait was short and the staff was very friendly. Would highly recommend..

I cannot say enough good things about Laredo Emergency Room. The Doctors, nurses and staff are all great and very professional. I have taken my two youngest children there and most recently I had to go and we have been given exceptional service every time. All with little to no waiting. For emergency care in Laredo there is no other place that I will go. Keep up the great work!

The attention I received was very prompt,professional and amazing in every way! I even got a follow up call today Sunday because I went by last night. I highly recommend it to everyone!!
I want to praise the care I received from these folks. I went on Sunday night around 9 due to bad swelling of my finger and hand, which I had no explanation for . The place was spotless, the staff smiley and kind, and the attending physician took X-rays to make sure it wasn't a fracture. I was given two prescriptions, filled the following morning, and the swelling is down and the finger is moving much better. AND I got a call from today's attending physician to ask how I am doing!
