my sister went to ER because she hit her head and she had been feeling dizzy and vomiting and with high blood pressure ever since her head bump. and the (doctor) said it wasn't necessary to do any CT scan. thats what she went for. instead they just did blood work. and to top it off the bill will be $500. we came to Eagle pass, because here they will actually help, when we told the nurses what happened about the head bump they immediately said she needed a CT scan without question. bad experience! not recommended at all. save... read more

Les recomiendo considerar como primera opción el realizarse el examen de COVID 19 en Laredo Emergency Room. En algunas otras clínicas aparte de dar los resultados súper tarde están teniendo discrepancia en los resultados. No es justo que por mala organización te digan que perdieron tus resultados o qué aun no tienen los resultados después de 12 días o qué eres negativo o positivo equivocadamente. No quiero mencionar el nombre de esa clínica que nos dio la peor experiencia, lo hago para evitar agresiones o algunos otros comen... read more
Amazing staff and great service! Alex from the front desk is very nice and has excellent costumer service. I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend this emergency room to friends and family. Thank you for all your hard work!

I went there after a car accident. It took the front desk over 30 minutes to figure out how to process my request. I had to find them all of the insurance information because apparently they could not. Two X-rays, a pill, and an injection later...I get a bill for over $8,000 dollars. The insurance never received a bill so I had to send them the information. I went back to request a summary of the charges and was told I had to contact billing. Amazing staff very kind and helpful Vanessa Cabrera RN Janie Moreno X-ray Tech Juan Chavez Er tech and Vanessa Hinojosa RN Dr Anaya was great explained my diagnosis gave me medication. The next day Dr.De Los Santos called to check up on me and called in an additional prescription. Keep up the great work guys
