Got cancelled 2 days in a row but no one called to cancel they notified us once we were there. Front desk ladies are rude and unprofessional. There is no customer service. They make it seem like we are such an inconvenience. He might be a good dr but thanks to his staff he will keep losing patients and get a bad rep. Emergencies keep coming up frequently and not only because of these 2 times it was done to my mother 3 other times also without a courtesy call to cancel. There is no consideration to the patients.
RecommendedDr. Ricardo CIgarroa is a wonderful , thorough , knowledgeable , and highly experienced Doctor . Laredo is very fortunate to have access to such a great specialist in our city .

Worst Dr office yet to visit, 5 hour waiting for appointment.the receptionist are rude ,still wating on a call back for results , they need to take into consideration that most of these patients are senior citizens , and should have faster service.very upset at the quality of care here.
I've always been treated in a nice and professional way here and the staff are amazing keep up the good work guys ! Dr Ricky is one of my best to go when i need to be seen when I'm sick .!
My surgeon in SA called for updated referral and she was told that it was fax and that I need pick one up.. then was told they couldn’t stop clinical for patient care ..
The front desk ladies are super rude, if you don't like your job go find something else, I know the doctor is good but with rude chicks like that never again
